The rollout seeks to expand accessibility to Spanish-speaking clients
ProNvest, a national managed account provider for 401(k) and other retirement accounts, has rolled out their onboarding and dashboard components in Spanish. The capabilities will be available to anyone who has their device language set to Spanish.
Previously, clients could only see these elements in English. If a client were not comfortable onboarding or accessing their dashboard in English,they would either exit the process without completing it or would have to call to complete the process over the phone.
For the past two decades, ProNvest has leveraged technology and people to help clients plan and invest for retirement – regardless of their account balance. Because Spanish is the first language of many ProNvest clients, the firm prioritized this initiative to provide equal opportunities for all retirement investors to plan and save. ProNvest’s seamless solution for Spanish-speaking clients allows them to onboard and access their online dashboards based on the language preference selected on their devices.
“Providing Spanish-speaking clients with access to retirement planning and investment information in their language of choice is imperative to easing clients’ journeys toward personal retirement goals,” noted Maria Mendoza Noriega, a retirement planner with ProNvest.
